Accommodation for groups, meetings, courses and yoga lessons

At Ikarian Centre we can provide accommodation for big groups (8-18 people), meetings and courses. Our place is ideal for yoga lessons. If you are a big group of friends and you are looking for  accommodation for the whole group during summer holidays, if you are a yoga teacher looking for a yoga hotel to host your class or if you are looking for a meeting hotel to host a meeting or seminar on a Greek island, you are welcome at Ikaria Center’s guesthouse in Ikaria. Our guesthouse and facilities will be available exclusively for the accommodation of your group and its activities. This way you will ensure the necessary privacy, since there will be no other guests around.

Ikaria has become known in recent years as a “blue zone” the place where people forget to die. The slow ruythm of life, the direct contact with the wild natural environment of the island, the local diet and the relationships between the people of the local communities may play a role in this.

The guest house is located in a beautiful, secluded and peaceful place on the mountainside, just outside the settlement of Arethousa and can accommodate up to 18 people in 9 double rooms. They are about 8 km from Evdilos (the port of northern Ikaria) and about 3 km (45 minutes by foot, 20 minutes by footpath) from the beach and the village of Karavostamos. The view is fantastic and the visitors’ contact with nature is immediate.

Each room is bungalow style, with its own entrance, private bathroom and kitchenette.  A common kitchen is at the disposal of the whole group. There is also one large 40 sq meters studio for the lessons / meetings. During the summer, when the weather is nice, meetings and lessons are taking place outside, under pergolas and other protected areas.
