If you belong to the category of digital nomads or if you want to spend some time in Ikaria working on your own project, the Ikaria Center offers you affordable accommodation, free access to a car for your explorations on the island and co-working spaces. The accommodation and work facilities are located in an organized building complex consisting of 4 independent buildings, in a wooded area on a hillside, approximately 2 Km from the sea.

The view of the sea and the mountain as well as the starry sky on clear nights is enchanting. You will experience the calmness and relaxation that direct contact with nature gives to a person’s daily life. The co-working spaces and in general the common spaces of the facilities help the contact with the other tenants, also helps someone who wants to isolate for a while, thus supporting the development of a healthy sociability among the guests.
Ikarian Centre is a Greek language school for adults. We have been organizing Greek as a second language courses for adults since 1995. Our experience allows us to organize a wide range of activities: from Greek language courses at various levels, to traditional dance classes and hikes in mountains of the area. These activities are also offered to hosted digital nomads who wish to participate and can help integrate them into the local community.
The workplaces are equipped with printers, copiers, scanners, computers, white boards and everything else necessary for a online work and group meetings. After all, language courses are organized all year round at our premises.
Accommodation is provided in 20m2 studios. Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette, all necessary linen. There is a private bathroom and heating in each studio as well.
From 1/1/2025 a car is available to the entire group of guests, so you can move around the island, either to explore it, or to participate in local events and festivities, or for your basic needs such as for example to go shopping There is no cost other than fuel to use the car.
Cost
The prices below are introductory prices and refer to bookings made until November 30, 2024
July – September 2024
€385/week
Bookings are made weekly (from Sunday to Sunday) from July 8 to August 4, 2024 and from August 18 to September 8. Minimum booking period: 2 weeks. The cost includes:
- Accommodation in a private room with private bathroom and kitchenette,
- Free access to co-working room, shared kitchen, laundry
- Transfer to Evdilos port and Kyparissi beach, once a day (with return)
January – April 2025
196 Euro / week
From January 12 to April 6. Minimum booking period 10 weeks The cost includes:
- Accommodation in a private room with heating, private bathroom and kitchenette,
- Free access to co-working room, shared kitchen, laundry
- Free use of car with other tenants.
Reservation
Send your reservation. No payment of any kind is made through the booking form. Upon booking you will need to pay 20% of the accommodation cost as a deposit to the bank account we will indicate in an email you will receive.
Booking Confirmation: We will need to confirm your booking. The booking is automatically confirmed for the period July – August 2024. If you book for 2025, we will be able to confirm the booking when a minimum number of bookings has been reached or at the latest by the end of October 2024. If the minimum number of bookings has not been reached until the end of November 2024, the guest house will not open for the winter season, the reservations will be canceled and the advance payments you have sent will be returned.
