1. Services Provided
The Ikarian Centre (legal title: Michail Kavouriaris) provides Greek language courses (live and online) and accommodation services in Ikaria, Greece. Online tutoring includes live video sessions and asynchronous support via email. These services involve significant human intervention and are not automated digital products.

2. Data Retention
By registering, you agree that the Ikarian Centre will maintain your personal data (name, address, phone, email) for a period of 10 years for educational tracking, tax compliance, and historical record purposes.

3. Payment Security
The Ikarian Centre does not store or process credit or debit card information. Financial transactions are handled securely via direct bank transfers or payment links provided by official Greek banks (like National bank of Greece) and international payment gateways (Stripe, Molie, Wise etc) .

4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations for language courses and accommodation are subject to our specific refund policy communicated during the booking process.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection
We collect minimal personal data to provide our tutoring and accommodation services. This includes your name and email address, which you provide during the registration or inquiry process. We use this information solely to facilitate your accommodation & your lessons, send educational materials, and communicate regarding your progress.

2. Purpose of Processing
We use your data to manage your stay, facilitate your language lessons, and comply with Greek tax regulations (e.g., e-registry of guests).

3. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience and to facilitate the checkout process. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, but this may affect the functionality of the reservation / checkout.

4. Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.).
